Active Shooter Training

An incident in Colorado at Columbine High School on April 20th, 1999 changed the way that police and the public should be responding to an attack from an active intruder.  Since then there has been a concerted effort on how to navigate this newest trend in violence.

 Are you and your organization prepared for an active shooter incident? 

These attacks have no boundaries and history has shown us they can randomly occur in places such as schools, office buildings, churches, synagogues, banks, and medical facilities just to name a few.  Studies have also shown that when victims were prepared they were able to mitigate the violence and, in some cases, get through the event unscathed.  When every second counts and lives are on the line, having training and proper strategies to react is crucial.  That's where we at Defend Prep come in!
